I recently got a camera into my hands and I haven't been able to put it down

since I've started shooting. It seems to be another outlet for me to be able to express myself and show what inspires me. 

With the Hippie Chik Muse Series I will be selecting women from all walks of life who inspire me in various ways. I'll be doing their make up... styling them in Hippie Chik, taking the photographs and even hand making a few jewelry pieces that were inspired by them and for them. 

The Marian Collection will be a selection of rich colors.... purples, burgundies, golds, and emerald greens. Most of the pieces will be chokers... since the very 1st piece of jewelry I made for her was a choker and it instantly made me want to make more and more pieces for her. She has such a Royal presence... when she walks into a room...when she speaks...and especially when she sings. When I think of Marian I think of effortless beauty and style.... Her skin tone, features and bone structure all are a make up artists dream. Her face is definitely one of my favorite canvases to work on, so It was very easy coming up with a simple look with a hint of color for the shoot.

Make Up Details: {Foundation and contour}-Black Up Cosmetics Dual foundation stick. {Concealer}- Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing in number 5. {Blush}- Nars Gina and Orgasm. {Eyes}- Ben Nye cream color in bronze, Make up Forever purple mascara. {Lips}- a blend of Mac, Nyx, and Burt Bees lip glosses.
